Dr. Funmilayo Arowoogun

Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Funmilayo Arowoogun is an experienced business consultant, entrepreneur, and SMEDAN-licensed Business Development Service Provider with expertise in agribusiness, business strategy, finance, and investment readiness.

She is the CEO of Arofyl Consults, Chairman of DEW Microfinance Bank, Co-Founder of DEW Farms and Foods Integrated Ltd., and Founder of DEW Empowerment Foundation. Her work spans the agriculture value chain, SME financing, entrepreneurship education, and women's economic empowerment.

She has trained and mentored hundreds of women and youth in business planning, marketing and sales, gender inclusion, and pitching, enabling them to build sustainable and investment-ready enterprises. Dr. Arowoogun has facilitated international development programs in partnership with organizations such as the ILO, ANWBN, and NECA's Network of Entrepreneurial Women (NNEW).
